Digital Compliance – Terms of Service

1. Terms of Purchase (Digital Toolkits) 

These Terms of Purchase govern the sale and use of digital toolkits provided by Horizon Reward & People Solutions Ltd. 

1.1 Product Nature 

All toolkits are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are supplied. 

1.2 Licence 

Purchase grants a non-transferable, single-organisation licence for internal business use only. Toolkits may not be resold, redistributed, shared externally, uploaded to public platforms, or rebranded. 

1.3 Payment 

Payment must be made in full prior to downloading unless an invoice or purchase order arrangement has been agreed. Access is provided once payment has cleared. 

1.4 Digital Content & Cancellation Rights 

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that the product is digital content, supplied electronically.

You expressly consent to immediate access and download of the digital content upon payment.

In accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, once download access has been provided, you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel the contract will cease.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. 

1.5 Refunds 

Due to the digital nature of the product and instant access delivery, refunds are not provided once download access has been issued, except where required by law.  

1.6 Intellectual Property 

All intellectual property rights remain the property of Horizon Reward & People Solutions Ltd. 

1.7 Disclaimer 

Toolkits provide best-practice guidance only and must be adapted to reflect organisational and legal requirements. Horizon Reward & People Solutions Ltd does not provide legal advice. 

1.8 Limitation of Liability 

Horizon Reward & People Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the toolkits.
