For more complex organisations, multi-site environments or broader transformation activity, project delivery may be beneficial.  

Are the toolkits editable?

Yes. Templates are provided in editable formats including Word, Excel and Microsoft Forms where applicable, allowing organisations to adapt materials to their own requirements. 

Do the toolkits include legal advice?

No. The toolkits provide best-practice guidance and practical frameworks only. Organisations should seek independent legal or professional advice where required.

Can I purchase individual toolkits or only bundles?

Both. Toolkits can be purchased individually or as part of structured bundle packages designed to support broader reward and people frameworks. 

How will I receive the toolkits after purchase?

Toolkits are provided digitally. Once payment has been received, access details and download instructions will be provided electronically.

Do you provide project delivery/contract support?

Yes. Horizon Reward & People Solutions Ltd provides flexible project delivery/ contract support for organisations requiring specialist reward and people expertise. Support can be provided directly to organisations or through recruitment agency partnerships, depending on business requirements and engagement structure. 

Can project support be tailored to our organisation?

Yes. All project delivery support is tailored to organisational requirements, business priorities and existing people frameworks. 

Can organisations use the toolkits independently without project support?

Yes. The toolkits are designed to be practical self-service resources that organisations can implement independently or alongside project delivery support where additional expertise is required.
