1. Project Delivery / Contract Service Terms

These terms apply to project-based reward services provided by Horizon Reward & People Solutions Ltd. 

1.1 Scope of Services 

Services will be defined in writing prior to commencement, including scope, duration, deliverables and fees. 

1.2 Fees & Payment 

Fees and payment terms are agreed in writing prior to commencement. 

For direct engagements, invoices are payable within agreed terms. 

Where services are delivered via recruitment agency, payment terms are governed by the relevant agreement. 

1.3 Confidentiality 

Horizon will maintain confidentiality of client information and use such information solely for the purpose of delivering services. 

1.4 Data Protection 

Where personal data is processed in connection with services, Horizon will process such data in accordance with UK GDPR and any written agreement between the parties. 

1.5 Limitation of Liability 

Horizon’s liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, excluding liability which cannot be limited under law.
